Barre is a format that combines traditional ballet techniques, yoga and Pilates into one killer workout. In this 45 minute class, you can expect a lower intensity approach that delivers a complete, full body workout that will have every muscle on fire and shaking!
it is recommended to have:
-light dumbbells (2-5lbs)
-a ball
-round resistance bands of varying strengths
-handle tubing
-gliders
-ankle weights
-some form or a barre (stool, countertop, etc.)
