HIIT-FORMER will be either a 30 or 45 minute class format and will be done completely in the reformer room. You will go through alternating HIIT circuits on your mat to shoot the heart rate up and core focused pilates reformer series to bring the heart rate down, recover and tap into the mind body connection.
Personal mat needed. No shoes required. Socks/grippy socks required for the reformer.
