Step & Strength class combines cardiovascular endurance with strength training for a high-energy workout from start to finish. It's designed to offer a full-body challenge by alternating with a step platform for aerobic movements and strength exercises to help gain lean muscle mass and strength. This class is 45 minutes long.

 Personal mat is recommended and tennis shoes are required.
