Beginner spin is exactly like our  45-minute spin class..just a little slowed down! You’ll learn to combine high-energy cycling with choreographed movements to the beat of your favorite tunes. You'll improve your endurance and overall strength while working on your coordination and rhythm as you perfect the basics of spin class!

SPD clip spin shoes or tennis shoes are required. A sweat towel is highly recommended.
