Beginner step is exactly like our  45-minute step class..just a little slowed down! You’ll learn all of the terms and steps that make up our high-energy step classes, put them together for a choreographed routine, and pick up the tempo as you get more confident and familiar around the step. You'll improve your endurance and cardiovascular health while working on your coordination and rhythm as you perfect the basics of step class!

A sweat towel is highly recommended. Steps are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own!
