Barre is a format that combines traditional ballet techniques, yoga and Pilates into one killer workout. In this 45 minute class, you can expect a lower intensity approach that delivers a complete, full body workout that will have every muscle on fire and shaking! This class will be done entirely at our two tier ballet barre and will use anything from handle tubing and light dumbbells to yoga blocks and Pilates balls. While it doesn’t deliver a high intensity/impact style vibe, Barre will transform your body and work muscles you didn’t know you had! Done barefoot or with barre socks. Personal mat required. No shoes of any kind allowed in the barre room.
