Circuits is a station-based class that will take you through upper body, lower body, core, and cardio separately. While you know you're going to see exercises that specifically target those areas each class, you have no idea how it will be formatted! Tabatas, EMOMS, circuits, AMRAPS..anything is possible in Circuits and you're going to have a blast doing it!
