This 30 minute cycling class is going to be your go to for all things classical cycling! If hills, sprints and intervals are more your speed on the bike..then cycling (rather than spin) is for you. You can expect to ride to the beat of your favorite music, shoot that heart rate up for a great cardio workout and get in an incredible sweat!

SPD clip spin shoes or tennis shoes are required. A sweat towel is highly recommended.
