In Cycle Sculpt, we will start off on the bike doing a classical indoor cycling style ride with hills, sprints and intervals. Once we've worked up a sweat and challenged our cardiovascular system we will make our way down to the mat for a full body, muscular endurance burn like no other..think barre off the barre!

SPD clip spin shoes or tennis shoes are required. A personal mat is required. A sweat towel is highly recommended.
