Cycle-Camp combines the best of both worlds: high-intensity cycle and powerful bootcamp-style exercises. This 45-minute (or 60 minute) class is broken into different segments, alternating between the bike and the floor.

SPD clip spin shoes or tennis shoes are required for the bike. Tennis shoes are required. A sweat towel is highly recommended.
