High Intensity Interval Training is a form of cardiovascular exercise that alternates between short periods of intense, all out anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods that target the abdominal muscles. In this class you can expect to stay on your mat while taking full advantage of all different types of equipment like dumbbells, gliders, bands, and balls!
