LIFT-FORMER is a45 minute class format and will be done completely in the reformer room. You alternate between dumbbell strength circuits on your mat and pilates reformer series on the machine for the perfect blend of muscular gain and endurance to help build and sculpt lean muscle tissue throughout the entire body.

Please make sure to arrive 10-15 minutes early so you can grab all of your weights prior to the start of class.

Personal mat needed. No shoes required. Socks/grippy socks required for the reformer.
