For this class, we will be pulling from traditional mat Pilates to target the full body through slow, concentrated movements. Where we’ve made it our style is by adding in a muscular endurance “sculpting” element that ups the intensity, ups the difficulty and digs deep into the muscles creating that good burn we all love!

Personal mat required. Barefoot or grippy socks recommended.
