The Pilates reformer workout is all about learning which muscles to engage and when so that you can strengthening your core from the deep inside, out. This can help to recover from an injury, reduce back pain and/or improve athletic output while simultaneously improving balance, flexibility, bone density and posture.

These 3o minutes sessions are perfect for anyone new to the reformer, or if you’re looking for the perfect full body toning addition to your weekly workouts! Make sure to arrive 5 minutes prior to your class start time. 

Pilates reformer classes can only be booked 14 days in advance due to high popularity. No personal mat required.  SOCKS OR BARRE SOCKS/GRIP SOCKS ARE REQUIRED. No shoes of any kind allowed in the barre/Pilates room.
