Strength training is crucial for improving muscular strength and maintaining muscle tissue, as well as controlling body fat and improving bone health. Adding in those heavy weights is the perfect way to create those defined muscles and keep you looking like a bad ass. In this class you will experience a self-paced workout using machines, free weights and body weight. Whether you're lifting to hit a new PR or lifting to get that lean and mean look, you've got to get into our Strength classes!
