We decided to take our favorite yoga format and make it HOT! This class includes intense Vinyasa Yoga structured to get the heart rate up, increase flexibility, mind body awareness and muscular endurance all done in a heated room for a true detoxing experience.. This class is done barefoot. Personal mat is required. It is highly recommended that you bring a towel and consume plenty of water before, drying and after this class. Not recommended for pregnant women.
