Spin-Camp combines the best of both worlds: high-intensity, choreographed spin and powerful bootcamp-style exercises. This 45-minute class is broken into three 15-minute segments, alternating between the bike and the floor.

SPD clip spin shoes or tennis shoes are required for the bike. Tennis shoes are required. A sweat towel is highly recommended.
