This 45-minute spin class combines high-energy cycling with choreographed movements to the beat of your favorite tunes. In this class, you'll not only improve your endurance and strength but also work on coordination and rhythm as you follow along with fun and dynamic choreography on the bike.

SPD clip spin shoes or tennis shoes are required. A sweat towel is highly recommended.
