Infrared saunas offer a range of potential health benefits. Infrared heat can penetrate deep into tissues helping to soothe sore muscles, joints and help with chronic pain conditions like arthritis. The heat from inferred saunas can induce relaxation and reduce stress levels, help lower cortisol levels and potentially improve mood. Infrared heat can also help with detoxification, skin rejuvenation, and even potentially improve sleep quality.





All Recovery Room Sessions must be booked via Punchpass.
All Recovery Room sessions are booked in 15 minute increments.
You must book individual sessions for each Recovery Room service. Example: you must book a 15 minute steam sauna session and then a 15 minute massage chair session to follow. You may not use both services in the same session time frame.
Workout attire is required for all Recovery Room sessions.
You must wipe down/sanitize your seat/chair post service.
If you are late for your session, someone on the waitlist will be given that spot if they are on time and waiting.
As of right now, towel service is not provided.
