Hot Strength + Sculpt will give you the best of both worlds..starting with heavy weighted, strength training to build muscular strength and size that then flows into our perfected "sculpting" style that builds muscular endurance, balance, and deep core strength. This class is done in a heated environment to aid in flexibility, blood flow and detoxification.

Personal mat required. Tennis shoes optional.
