This 45 minute heated pilates format class blends traditional mat pilates to strengthen and lengthen the body but adds a twist by incorporating in short, high-intensity cardio bursts to boost the heart rate! We will use props like the pilates ring, light weights, resistance bands and bender balls to keep class fun and challenging!
Personal mat required. Barefoot or grippy socks recommended.
