This 60-minute class is divided into two parts: 30 minutes of strength training followed by 30 minutes of traditional cycling. This will reverse each week..so if it reads Cycle + Strength then cycle is first. If it reads Strength + Cycle then strength is first!

On the bike you can expect hills, sprints, intervals and some optional cardio..and out in the weight room you can expect a full body strength training session through the use of our free weights and machines.

Tennis shoes are required for strength. SPD spin shoes or tennis shoes are required for cycling.
