This non-heated Strength + Sculpt will give you the best of both worlds..starting with heavy weighted, strength training to build muscular strength and size that then flows into our perfected "sculpting" style that builds muscular endurance, balance, and deep core strength. 

Personal mat required. Tennis shoes optional.
