This 50 minute class consists of 25 minutes on our indoor Schwinn cycling bikes to work on your cardiovascular strength and endurance through the use of hills, sprints, intervals and some light* choreography. From there, we will transition to the reformer room where you'll spend 25 minutes on our pilates reformers to work on your mind body connection, muscular endurance, balance and flexibility.
Spin shoes with SPD clips or tennis shoes are required for the bike, grippy or regular socks are required for the reformer. No personal mat needed.
