*priority class booking before the start of each calendar month when our schedule is released
*unlimited recovery room with priority booking available 30 days in advance
*20% off all merchandise
*designated locker for mat, spin shoes, etc. with name plate
*2, 15 minute nutrition consults with macro calculations with Campbell per 6 month period (subject to schedule availability)
*1, 7 day pause period - you may pause your membership one time for up to 7 days per 6 month period (these days must be used consecutively, an email must be sent to [email protected] one week in advance to request your membership pause)
CONTRACT CANCELLATION AND RENEWAL:
All sales final. This is a 6 month minimum contract, therefore you will automatically be charged to your card on file every 4 weeks for 6 months (6 total required payments of $150 each). At the end of your 6 month contract, you can self cancel your membership. If you do not cancel your membership, you will start another 6 month contract, once this happens you will not be able to self cancel your membership for another 6 months.
If you choose to cancel your membership, you will be required to remove all belongings from your locker by the last day of your membership so that another client on the waitlist may have access as soon as possible.
No membership specials or discount codes may be used for this membership.
LATE CANCEL/NO SHOW FEES:
-$4 late cancel fee (must cancel 12 hours prior to avoid getting charged)
-$6 no show fee
-$10 late cancel/no show fee for pilates reformer
-if you are signed up for an in person class and decide within the 12 hour cancellation window to do online instead, you will still be charged a late cancel fee
